I have a long standing relationship with company, acting as a structural consultant to them since 1990. Over the years, I have been asked to advise, lead, or plan numerous expansions, fixes, etc.
Projects:
- Owner’s representative for all structural components for a new pyro-processing line supplied by KHD Humboldt Wedag
- Design of CS’s Green America Recycling facility including: operations, a rail facility, as well as 75,000 gallon storage tanks for material with pH’s ranging from 3-12
- Performed structural forensic analyses on various issues
- a major failure of a stone tank in 1990
- multiple issues on the clinker and finish cement tanks
- the preheat tower and the new raw material storage facility (designed mass flow hoppers to get a more uniform flow)
